Lexus RX (RX 350L, RX450h) 2016-2024 Repair Manual: Power Retractable Mirrors do not Operate with Power Retract Mirror Switch

Lexus RX (RX 350L, RX450h) 2016-2024 Repair Manual / Vehicle Exterior / Mirror (ext) / Power Mirror Control System (w/ Memory) / Power Retractable Mirrors do not Operate with Power Retract Mirror Switch

DESCRIPTION

The multiplex network master switch assembly sends the retractable outer mirror switch signal to the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) via LIN communication. The main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) then sends the mirror retract/return signal to each outer mirror control ECU assembly via CAN communication. Based on the signal, each outer mirror control ECU assembly retracts or returns its corresponding outer rear view mirror assembly.
